ORDERING AND SHIPPING

1.  How long do orders usually take to process?

The typical order takes up to 7 working days to process after the payment has been completed and the order will be ship out accordingly. 

2.  How long is the shipping time?

The current wait time for all regions are about 2 weeks or longer as stated on the product description and per each destination.  However, due to the high demand and other circumstances that are out of our control such as natural disaster, holidays, and weathers, etc., some items may be delay and could take up to 4 weeks or longer in delivery.  We will be updating this accordingly soon.

3.  Where will orders be shipping from?

Your orders will be ship from our various fulfillment centers around the world.  Our product research team has the best expertise in sourcing only the best quality products and material from the most experienced and reliable manufacturers.

4.  Which courier will be use for delivery?

The courier service for our online store are various mail services and the orders will be ship according to the fulfillment center where the product is from.

5.  What if I am not home during the delivery?

Anyone at home can receive the package on your behalf. In the scenario where no one is at home to receive the package, the postman will leave a delivery note and you will have to proceed to the post office to collect your package.

6.  What about the customs, duties, and import taxes?

The package deliveries go through traditional customs clearances which may require customers to pay any applicable duties and taxes on arrival.  It’s also best to check with your local laws to see when you would have to pay duties/taxes on imported purchases and for what kinds of items.

1.  What type of payment do you support?

We supported payment through major credit cards including Visa, Master Card, AMEX, Discover, and other major electronic pay such as PayPal, Apple Pay, etc.

2.  Is my information totally secured?

TheFidgettoys.net adheres to the highest industry standards to protect your personal information when you checkout and purchase from our online store.

Your credit card information is encrypted during transmission using secure socket layer (SSL) technology.  Your credit card information is only used to complete the requested transaction and is not subsequently stored.

3.  I have not received any order confirmation details?

This could happens due to an incorrect email address or missing contact information.  Please make sure that your email address is correct when you place an order.  Please check your spam folder as well to see if your confirmation email was sent there.  If order confirmation is still missing, please contact us for support at customersupport@thefidgettoys.net

 

POST SALES

1.  Can I cancel my order?

thefidgettoys.net online store allow order cancellation within 24 hours after you have made payment.  We will provide full refund if you cancel your order within 24 hours.  

Please understand that once we have sent out your order to the postal company, we are no longer able to cancel your order. Do drop us an email should you want to proceed with cancellation.

2.  Can I make changes to my order/shipping address?

If a change needs to be made to your order, please contact us at our Contact Us page as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate that change. We will do our best to accommodate your request but do note that we cannot make any promises. Do drop us an email should you require any assistance.

If the order had already been sent out, we will not be able to change the order address.

3.  I have not received any order confirmation details?

RETURN AND REFUND

Return Policy

Our return policy lasts 7 days from the date you receive the product.  If 7 days have gone by since, we will unfortunately be unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. We will also require a receipt or proof of purchase. Do note to not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.  Please do note that return postage fees will not be covered by us as well.  We do recommend emailing our support team for full details.

Refund Policy

thefidgettoys.net online store guarantee 100% customer satisfaction.  We offer a 100% money back refund on all items defective on delivery and orders undelivered in 60 days. We are also able to send replacement items if you would like. If your order arrived damaged, please attach photos for proof so we can make it right for you as soon as possible. 

Once your item is received, it will be inspected by our Q&C team to ascertain if the item is indeed defective. We will then send you an email to notify you on the status of your refund.
